About Rary Footcare & WellnessRARY Footcare & Wellness is a growing footcare, reflexology and wellness brand focused on delivering a premium, relaxing and personalised customer experience.

As we expand across Ahmedabad, we are looking for polished, hospitality-driven professionals who can independently manage the customer-facing, sales and operational responsibilities of a RARY centre.

This role is designed for candidates who can grow into a Branch Head / Centre Head with limited training beyond RARY's internal systems and processes.

Role OverviewThe Centre Manager will be the face of RARY at the branch and responsible for maintaining premium standards across customer experience, front desk operations, appointments, sales, memberships, relationships, reporting and team coordination.





The ideal candidate should already demonstrate:

· Ability to handle premium customers independently

We are looking for professionals who already understand customer service, workplace etiquette and premium hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Customer Experience
· Manage the reception and front-of-house experience.
· Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
· Handle walk-ins and scheduled appointments.
· Ensure customers are attended to on time.
· Explain RARY services, reflexology sessions, packages and memberships.
· Maintain a calm, organised and premium centre environment.
· Recognise repeat customers and personalise their experience.
