Overview
We are looking for a skilled VBA Developer to support the PMO function by designing and implementing automation solutions that streamline project governance, portfolio reporting, financial tracking, resource management, and executive dashboards. The ideal candidate will combine strong VBA development expertise with an understanding of PMO processes to drive efficiency, enhance reporting quality, and reduce manual effort.

The selected candidate must be flexible to work UK hours when required.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain Excel VBA-based automation tools, macros, and reporting solutions.
· Enhance (Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize) existing Excel functions / VBA macro-automations
· Automate PMO processes including project status reporting, RAID tracking, resource planning, and portfolio governance.
· Create interactive dashboards and KPI reports for leadership and executive reviews.
· Consolidate data from multiple sources and automate report generation (using MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint) and distribution.




· Develop automated templates for project tracking, financial forecasting, milestone management, and performance reporting.
· Integrate Excel solutions with Outlook, SharePoint, SQL databases, Power BI, and other Microsoft tools.
· Collaborate with PMO, PMO Director, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
· Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and process standardization.
· Maintain/update Clarizen tool
· Track and review CR process and approvals.

Required Skills
· Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel VBA Macros, User Forms, and advanced Excel functions and a deep grasp of the Excel Object Model..
· Experience with Power Query, Pivot Tables, dashboards, and data visualization, Excel Graphs/Charts.
· Proficiency in SQL and database connectivity.
· Experience integrating Excel with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access).
