Role :
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping and management accounting experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with hospitality sector clients and Irish accounts will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities :
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure financial data accuracy.
• Analyze financial performance and provide meaningful business insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve accounting queries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and reporting enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience :




• Minimum 4 years of experience in bookkeeping and preparation of management accounts.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as a team player.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in the hospitality sector.
• Experience handling Irish accounts.
