Project Head – Civil & Interior Fit-Outs? Location: Mumbai
? Experience: 15–20+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Project Head to lead civil and commercial interior fit-out projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Overall project execution, planning, quality, cost and timelines
• Manage Project Managers, Site Engineers, contractors, vendors and consultants
• Client coordination and project review meetings
• Monitor budgets, BOQ, billing, procurement and project progress
• Ensure timely completion as per drawings and specifications
• Manage project risks, escalations and statutory/safety requirements
• Submit regular project MIS and progress reports to management

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil or related field.
15–20+ years of experience, preferably in commercial interior fit-outs, civil construction, and large-scale project execution. Solid leadership, project management, commercial, and client-handling skills required.
