A Day in the Life: As a Senior Manager – Quick Commerce Activations, you’ll be driving the fastest-growing, most dynamic frontier of beauty commerce. You will own the intersection of commercial strategy, rapid execution, and creative marketing to deliver industry-first activations on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.

In This Role, You Will





• Identify and unlock white-space growth opportunities within existing Quick Commerce accounts to drive sustainable, market-beating performance.
• Ideate, plan, and execute innovative, high-impact marketing activations and campaigns with Q-commerce partners that set industry benchmarks.
• Spearhead cross-brand and cross-category activations, including strategic partnerships with external brands to maximize consumer reach and engagement.
• Drive consumer acquisition and increase beauty category penetration on quick commerce accounts specifically through Consumer Products Division (CPD) brands and targeted activations.
• Drive the end-to-end development, launch, and scale-up of Quick Commerce-exclusive products, gifting bundles, and formats tailored to rapid delivery channels.
