Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Engineer role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Sales Engineer will identify and pursue business opportunities for industrial pumping systems and electric motors,



working closely with customers to understand technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical presentations, supporting system selection and sizing, creating quotes and proposals, and coordinating with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role involves providing pre- and post-sales technical support, conducting site visits as needed, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distribution partners. The individual will also track opportunities in the sales pipeline, contribute to market intelligence, and support initiatives that drive energy-efficient and reliable solutions for clients.
