About the Office of the Controller of Examinations
The Office of the Controller of Examinations (CoE) is the central administrative unit responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of examinations and assessments within the IIHS (Institution Deemed to be) University, hereinafter referred to as the 'University'. This office ensures the smooth conduct of examinations, from scheduling and question paper preparation to evaluation, grading, and the timely declaration of results. The office upholds academic integrity, confidentiality, and fairness in the examination process while also managing processes related to revaluation, makeup examinations, and issuance of transcripts and degree certificates. Serving as a vital link between academic program offices, faculty, students, and the University administration, the Office of the CoE plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of integrity, quality, transparency, and accountability in the academic evaluation process and system.

Job Description




We are seeking a highly motivated and talented qualified to ensure accurate, confidential, secure and timely execution of key examination operations within the Office of the Controller of Examinations.

The role involves working closely with faculty and the CoE team to prepare and administer examinations, develop examination question papers, and digitise examination answer scripts. The incumbent will handle highly confidential examination materials and records and will therefore be expected to demonstrate exceptional integrity, discretion, attention to detail, and process discipline.

This is a high-trust operational role. The person in this position is expected to take complete ownership of assigned examination processes and ensure that every examination is executed correctly and without compromising confidentiality, accuracy or security.
