Job Summary
The Admissions Counselor is responsible for managing the student admissions journey from initial inquiry to final enrollment. The role involves engaging with prospective families, managing leads, coordinating applications, assessments and interviews, supporting fee payment, maintaining CRM records, and achieving assigned admission and enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Initial Contact
Respond to inquiries within 24 hours through phone, email, and CRM.
Qualify leads and maintain accurate, updated CRM records.
Conduct timely follow-ups and support lead conversion.
2. Campus Visits & Counselling
Welcome and engage prospective families during walk-ins and campus visits.
Conduct/coordinate campus tours and provide accurate information about the school and admission process.
Address parent queries and ensure a positive visitor experience.
3. Application & Assessment




Guide families through the application and documentation process.
Follow up on incomplete applications and ensure timely submission.
Coordinate student assessments with the Academic Team.
Ensure timely communication of assessment schedules and outcomes.
4. Interviews & Admission Offers
Coordinate student/parent interactions and interviews with the Principal/Academic Team.
Support families throughout the admission decision process.
Coordinate timely release of offer letters and follow up on acceptance.
5. Fee Payment & Enrollment
Explain fee structure, payment timelines, and relevant school policies.
Coordinate with Finance for payment-related queries and tracking.
Follow up for fee payment and ensure completion of enrollment documentation.
Drive offer-to-payment conversion as per assigned targets.
6. CRM, Reporting & Collaboration
Maintain accurate and real-time admissions data in the CRM.
