nAbout the Role
nPlans and designs manufacturing processes for a production facility. Analyzes assembly, fabrication, machining, and other processes. Maximizes efficiency by optimization of layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. Determines the parts, equipment, tools,



and processes needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications.

n1. Ensure manufacturability of engineering designs and engineering changes
n2. Conduct time and method studies establishing time standards for manufacturing operations.
n3. Support internal and external teams during the concept development process for the industrialization
nof customer projects
n4. Identify, qualify and develop recent equipment suppliers. Build relationships to ensure thorough
nunderstanding and consistent execution of standards
n5. Maintain and ensure supplier compliance to equipment standards by creating technical specifications
nand efficient project management through timely design reviews, validation and installation.
