Job Description
Talasha has been mandated to hire a Manager - Founders office role for a quick growing AI training consultant who conducts training workshops for large corporates to enable them to use AI tools for routine tasks & business processes. This is a generalist role that will require you to engage in high-impact projects, business development and work directly with the founder.
nResponsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the founder for all the internal as well as external correspondence with the foundern
- Engage in high-impact projects across business strategy, business development and operational optimization & provide regular updates to the founder on the progressn
- Undertake regular research using AI tools and prepare presentationsn
- Community Management - Be the point of contact for the growing client community of the brand, provide assistance in navigating services & manage communications & escalationsn
- Business Development - Nurture in-bound leads, understand their pain points,



pitch to them the service offerings & lead them to closuren
- Coordinate logistics for training events across cities- travel bookings, hotel stay, workshop materials, and onsite supportn
- Format documents, polish presentations, and assist in creating premium PPT decksn
- Support invoices, basic finance tracking, and payment remindersn
- Assist in social media content coordination with agencies and upkeep the ORMn
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication- Collaborate with clients & agencies to ensure effective project execution and maintain alignment with company goalsn
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadershipn

- At least 2 years experience in working in Founders Office in generalist rolesn
- Experience & affinity in researching AI toolsn
- Strong communication skills & business development experiencen
