nRole Summary:
nDrive measurable revenue cycle quality improvements by owning more complex AR calling and denial management analysis as an Operations Analyst in Chennai. Apply healthcare RCM expertise to ensure work is completed accurately, identify root causes of recurring denial issues, and support continuous improvement using operational reporting.

nEssential Job Responsibilities:

- n
- Analyze healthcare RCM performance data to identify trends in AR calling outcomes and denial patternsn
- Own AR calling and denial management workflows for complex cases, ensuring timely and accurate completionn
- Review denial reasons, supporting documentation, and process steps to determine corrective actionsn
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, reduce delays,



and minimize reworkn
- Identify root causes for recurring denial themes and recommend process improvementsn
- Report on operational metrics and escalation trends for performance trackingn
- Use AI-enabled assistance (summarization, anomaly detection) to improve speed and consistency.n

nExpected Education & Experience:
n
- n
- 1.5+ years of experience in Healthcare RCM operations, quality, or analyticsn
- Solid proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)n
- Experience in AR calling and denial management workflowsn
- Understanding of RCM concepts (claims workflow, denial drivers, resolution steps)n
- Experience with SOPs and quality standardsn
- Ability to analyze trends and recommend improvementsn
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skillsn
