nJob Summary:

nLorven Technologies INC is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in the staffing and recruitment industry . The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, acquiring clients, developing staffing accounts, generating requirements, and building long-term relationships with clients.

nThe ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT staffing, client acquisition, lead generation, account development, and requirement generation .
n

nKey Responsibilities
n

nIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the IT Staffing / Recruitment / Staff Augmentation market.
nGenerate new client leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
nAcquire new clients and establish relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement,



Vendor Management, and Hiring Managers .
nGenerate active staffing requirements from new and existing clients.
nUnderstand client hiring requirements, technologies, experience levels, locations, budgets, and turnaround expectations.
nCoordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely submission of relevant candidate profiles.
nFollow up with clients on submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, onboarding, and closures.
nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business.
nHandle discussions related to vendor empanelment, staffing contracts, commercial terms, rate cards, and SLAs .
nMaintain a healthy sales pipeline and track leads, meetings, requirements, closures, and revenue opportunities.
nAchieve monthly and quarterly targets for current client acquisition, requirements, closures, and revenue .
