Join us as an HR Product Manager and help shape how Workday HCM features and capabilities deliver value for employees, managers and HR teams. This role helps shape the Workday product strategy and roadmap, lead release governance, support the adoption of emerging Workday AI and Agent capabilities, and measure the value delivered through new functionality. Role requires to connect teams across HR Technology, HR Operations, Centers of Excellence and other business functions to ensure Workday priorities are aligned with business needs and employee and manager experiences. .
