We are looking for a Technical Lead - Backend Systems with 10+ years of experience to drive backend architecture, system design, and technical decision-making for large-scale distributed applications.
What You'll Do
Design and build highly scalable, resilient, and maintainable backend systems
Define architecture standards, service boundaries, and integration patterns
Lead the development of high-performance backend services using Python & Rapid API
Architect distributed systems, microservices, event-driven platforms, and modular applications
Optimize database design across Postgre SQL/My SQL and No SQL technologies
Drive technical discussions, mentor engineers, and establish engineering best practices
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
Key Skills & Experience
10+ years of backend/software engineering experience




3+ years of hands-on Fast API development in production environments
Expert-level Python programming skills
Strong experience with Postgre SQL/My SQL and No SQL databases
Deep understanding of:
Distributed Systems Microservices & Event-driven Architecture SOLID Principles & Design Patterns System Design & Scalability Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, CI/CD, and Kubernetes
Proven track record of leading architecture decisions and technical teams
Nice to Have
Monolith to Microservices migration experience Kafka, Rabbit MQ, SQS, or similar messaging systems OAuth2, JWT, API Gateways & Rate Limiting Prior experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Backend Engineer, or Solution Architect Why Join Us?
