We are looking for Business Development Executive to support occupancy growth, client acquisition, and partnership development for our Ahmedabad operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, referrals, and other outreach channels.
Generate and qualify leads to support occupancy targets.
Maintain and update lead databases and sales records.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Business Development
Schedule and conduct property visits for prospective residents.
Engage with colleges, educational institutions, corporate HR teams, and other potential partners.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and relationship management.




Support local marketing and business development initiatives.
Client Relationship Management
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable accommodation options.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing residents.
Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to move-in.
Market Research & Reporting
Monitor local market trends and competitor activity.
Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and conversions.
Share regular sales and activity updates with the reporting manager.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with operations and marketing teams to support occupancy goals.
Assist in executing campaigns, events, and local outreach activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Communication Skills
Positive verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to interact confidently with students, working professionals, and institutional stakeholders.
Experience
