We are seeking an experienced “Sales Support Specialist” to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Order Processing, and Lead Generation. This role will involve supporting our sales, marketing, and operations teams in global markets, with a focus on building brand awareness, identifying potential customers, setting up appointments, and ensuring the strong representation of the MR Chemie brand in the market.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Utilize data analytics to identify and target potential leads across international markets. Analyze market trends and customer data to uncover new opportunities. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential leads using CRM tools. Inside Sales Support: Assist in preparing compelling sales pitches and presentations based on data insights. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvements.

Order Processing & Documentation:

Process customer orders promptly and accurately,



ensuring all details are correctly captured in the system. Prepare and issue invoices and delivery notes in a timely manner. Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery of products. Address distributor queries regarding order status, delivery schedules, and invoicing discrepancies. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and objectives.
