The Senior Executive of Process Manufacturing is responsible for ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant operation of the Grain-Based Extra Neutral Alcohol (GENA) manufacturing process. The role oversees end-to-end process operations across Grain Unloading, Milling, Liquefaction,



Fermentation, Distillation, Decanter, Evaporation , DDGS Dryer , Co2 and Spirit Storage/Warehouse sections, ensuring achievement of Safety , quality, Zero liquid Discharge , Process Effeciency, yield and Productivity and other process required objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Operations
Lead and supervise daily plant operations across all process areas, including grain handling, milling, liquefaction, fermentation, distillation, decanter, evaporation, DDGD Dryer operations, Co2 operations and alcohol storage. Ensure uninterrupted production through effective monitoring and control of process parameters, equipment performance, and utility availability. Drive operational excellence to achieve production targets, process efficiency, and yield improvement objectives. Ensure adherence to approved SOPs, manufacturing standards, and operational controls.
