What You Will Achieve Instrumentation & Automation Maintenance Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for instrumentation and automation systems. Ensure reliable operation of instruments including pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitters, analyzers, and control valves. Support and maintain PLC, DCS, SCADA, and Filling Line troubleshooting.



Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation and automation issues affecting production. Reliability & Continuous Improvement Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring failures. Implement reliability improvement initiatives. Drive automation upgrades and digitalization projects. Support energy-saving and cost optimization programs. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Instrument and Automation Availability/Uptime Audit Observations Related to Instrumentation MTBF and MTTR Performance Maintenance Schedule Compliance Production Downtime Reduction Safety and GMP Compliance Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8 years of experience or associate's degree with 6 years of experience or BA/BS with 2 years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis, Equipment Criticality Ranking, PM/PdM optimization, and/or Failure Modes and Effects Analysi
