About the Role
Refrens is hiring an Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive for our Surat office to help Saa S solutions across agencies and small businesses across India.
This is a 100% office-based inside sales role — no field visits, no cold outreach required. Every lead you work is pre-qualified and assigned to you by the Sales Manager . Your job is to engage the lead, understand their business needs, demo the right Refrens solution, and close the deal.

Key Responsibilities Engage Pre-Qualified Leads: Connect with prospects assigned by the Sales Manager and run structured, goal-oriented sales conversations. Understand Client Needs: Run discovery calls to identify each prospect's business challenges and map them to Refrens' product capabilities. Deliver Product Demos: Present clear, tailored product demonstrations that communicate value with confidence. Manage the Sales Cycle:



Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through every stage of the buying journey to close. Hit Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual revenue targets, contributing to overall team growth. Stay Product-Sharp: Keep up with product updates, industry trends, and competitor positioning to advise clients accurately.

Who We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field — freshers are encouraged to apply . Solid verbal communication in English and Hindi ; confident and persuasive on calls. Results-driven mindset with genuine interest in sales, client engagement, and business development. Comfortable managing time and priorities independently in a structured office environment. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not mandatory — we'll train you.
