MIS reporting Analyst

Position Overview:

The MIS Reporting Analyst will be responsible for designing, preparing, and delivering accurate and timely reports to support business decision-making. This role involves data collection, analysis, and presentation of key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments, ensuring management has clear visibility into operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

/n

- Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
/n
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
/n
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports.
/n
- Preparation of monthly MIS report for leaders
/n
- Coordinate with statutory and internal audit
/n




- Contract management- tracking costs with business case
/n
- Monthly closing entries – GRIR, Provision, prepaid etc.
/n

Required Skills & Competencies

/n

/n
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Power BI/Tableau.
/n
- SAP Knowledge.
/n
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
/n
- Ability to present complex data in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
/n
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
/n
- Time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
/n

Qualifications

/n

• Chartered accountant.
