We are hiring Customer Support Associates for an International Voice Process at our Pune location. The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced BPO workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls for international clients professionally and efficiently
/n
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
/n
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction
/n
- Adhere to process guidelines and quality parameters
/n
- Document customer interactions appropriately
/n

Eligibility Criteria:

- Undergraduate/Graduate freshers are eligible to apply
/n
- Graduates with experience in International Voice / BPO domain are also welcome
/n
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
/n
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability
/n

Work Schedule:

/n
- 5 days working
/n
- 2 rotational weekly offs
/n
- Rotational shifts (as per business requirements)
