Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, manage, mentor, and motivate remote sales team leaders and sales agents.
- Set clear sales objectives, productivity expectations, KPIs,



and performance standards.
- Monitor the complete sales funnel, from lead generation and qualification through conversion and revenue.
- Analyse sales performance data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and continuously improve sales workflows, processes, policies, and operating procedures.
- Drive sales productivity while maintaining high standards of customer experience and service quality.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop high-performing remote sales professionals.
- Establish regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, team meetings, and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales vision, address challenges, and improve business processes.
