Vantrock is a multi-product real assets platform. Not a warehousing fund. Logistics and industrial is the first strategy. Office, plotted sales, land, pre-leased and yielding assets, private credit, data centres and senior living follow behind it. This seat builds the distribution network for all of it in Delhi NCR and the North.

THE SEAT

Employer: Vantrock Investment Managers LLP, the investment manager within Vantrock Ventures

/n

Reports to: Chief Business Officer, Fundraising and Investor Relations. Until that seat is filled, directly to the Founder & CEO, who will build the franchise with the zonal team hands-on

/n

Direct reports: None at launch. A senior single-contributor seat with a very large number attached

/n

Location: Delhi NCR, in office, with twelve to fifteen travel days a month across Delhi NCR, Chandigarh and Punjab, Jaipur, Lucknow and Dehradun

Experience: 10 to 16 years
