Sales, Business Development & Key Account Management – Automotive Electronics

Accolade Electronics is looking for a dynamic and commercially strong professional to join our Sales, Business Development & Key Account Management team. The role will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, business growth, key account management, and end-to-end commercial ownership across automotive OEM and Tier-1 customers.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Develop new business opportunities with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 customers
/n
- Manage and grow existing strategic accounts
/n
- Drive opportunities from lead / RFQ stage through quotation, negotiation, nomination and PO
/n
- Ensure fast and structured RFQ response in coordination with Engineering, SCM, Program, Quality and Finance
/n
- Prepare and manage techno-commercial proposals and business cases
/n
- Lead commercial negotiations for piece price, NRE, tooling,



development and other commercial elements
/n
- Manage RM price escalation / de-escalation and Forex impact settlements
/n
- Drive payment follow-up, receivable recovery and closure of outstanding commercial claims
/n
- Manage PO amendments, supplementary invoices, price differences and commercial reconciliations
/n
- Identify upcoming customer programs, technology requirements and cross-selling opportunities
/n
- Maintain customer-wise sales pipeline, forecasts and business development MIS
/n
- Build strong relationships with customer Engineering, Purchase, Program, Finance and Management teams
/n

Candidate Profile

/n

/n
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in automotive Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management
/n
- Robust customer-facing experience with automotive OEMs / Tier-1s
/n
- Good understanding of automotive RFQ and techno-commercial processes
/n
- Hands-on experience in pricing, negotiation,
