Title: Technical Support Voice Process.

/n

- Work Location: Ambattur Chennai (Ambit IT Park)
/n
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Experience into Technical Voice Support.
/n
- Education Qualification. Any bachelor's degree.
/n

/n

Roles and Responsibilities:

/n

1. Assisting the US customers through Calls.

/n

2.Should be capable of handling multiple Calls.

/n

3.Should be hands on Experience in handling Us calls and technical issues

/n

4.Must be versatile to work in rotational night shift.

/n





Required Skills & Desired Skills:

/n

1.Excellent Communication Skills both in Verbal and written communication.

/n

2.Should have basic technical knowledge on, Router, modem, Ip Address, and basics of troubleshooting steps.

/n
