We're looking for a confident, target-driven Outbound Sales Executive who can proactively find prospects, connect with business owners and generate qualified meetings for our team.

What you'll do

/n
- Make 50–80+ outbound calls/day
/n
- Research and identify potential B2B prospects
/n
- Connect with founders, CEOs & business owners
/n
- Understand requirements and qualify prospects
/n
- Handle initial objections and create interest
/n
- Book qualified discovery meetings
/n
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
/n
- Maintain lead & follow-up records
/n
/n
What we're looking for

Excellent communication skills
/n Confident on the phone
/n Comfortable with cold calling & rejection
/n Strong follow-up discipline
/n Target-oriented and self-motivated
/n Telugu + English preferred
/n Sales/cold-calling experience is an advantage
