Key Responsibilities

/n

- Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems 24x7.
/n
- Review lives and recorded CCTV footage for security incidents.
/n
- Ensure CCTV recording backups are maintained and available.
/n
- Identify and report camera failures, blind spots, or system issues.
/n
- Operate and manage biometric, RFID, and access card systems.
/n
- Issue, modify, and deactivate employee access credentials.
/n
- Manage Genetec security Desk software, users, and permissions.
/n
- Configure system alerts and monitor security events.




/n
- Detect unauthorized access, tailgating, and suspicious activities.
/n
- Escalate security incidents and breaches immediately.
/n
- Conduct periodic access audits for critical areas.
/n
- Maintain CCTV footage and access logs for investigations.
/n
- Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for system maintenance.
/n
- Perform regular system health checks, backups, and software updates.
/n
- Prepare daily shift reports, incident reports, and security status reports.
/n

Skills Required:

CCTV Monitoring, Access Control Systems, Genetec Security Desk software, Incident Management, Security Audits, Basic Networking, Vendor Coordination, and Report Preparation.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree/B.E/Diploma
/n
- Work Experience: 4–5 years
