Chartered Accountant (Qualified / Semi Qualified) / Bachelor's/Master's in Commerce or MBA in Finance and Accounting

Certifications: Chartered Accountant (Qualified / Semi Qualified)

Must Have:

/n

/n
- Proficiency in core accounting, accounting standards, IFRS, GAAP.
/n
- Core Tax accounting experience (Filing of returns, Direct & Indirect Tax)
/n
- Working experience in SAP, Oracle Accounting ERPs,
/n
- Work experience in Transfer Pricing & Tax tools
/n
- CA(Chartered accountants with 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in MNC (BPO or Captive)
/n

- Record to Report - GL/ Month end close and Reporting, having Client relationship skill and team management

- Communication – Oral and emails

Job Requirements

- Own end-to-end R2R / P2P / O2C processes: General Ledger, Intercompany, Invoice processing, AP Cycle, AR Cycle and Reporting.
/n
- Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements. Strong exposure to ERPs like Oracle, SAP, HFM, BPC, Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx, etc Manage people's performance, recruitment, productivity, and appraisals. (75-150+ FTEs)

- Lead client governance, QBRs/MBRs
/n
- Controllership & Compliance (SOX/ICFR)
/n
- Global Stakeholder Management (Controller/CFO Level)
/n
- Drive process re-engineering, transitions, and project management for operational excellence.
/n
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders for KPI governance, audits, and contract amendments.
/n
- Champion transformation, automation, and continuous improvement leveraging ERP and analytics tools.
/n
