Position Overview

/n

We are looking for an accomplished Chief Sales Manager to lead and drive the organisation's sales strategy, with a strong focus on Project Sales, Institutional Business, and Specification-led Sales.

/n

The ideal candidate will be a proven sales leader with 15+ years of experience in adhesives, white cement, admixtures, waterproofing, construction chemicals, building materials, or allied industries, with a strong understanding of the project ecosystem and established relationships across architects, builders, PMC firms, contractors, consultants, and key project stakeholders.

/n

The role requires a commercially driven leader who can build high-value business pipelines, strengthen market presence, lead sales teams,



and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Leadership

- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy and business plan to achieve revenue, volume, margin, and market-share objectives.

- Drive growth across Project Sales, Institutional Sales, Specification Sales, and Key Accounts.
/n
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, projects, and strategic accounts to expand the company's footprint.
/n
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and specification to commercial closure and order execution.

- Build a robust and sustainable project pipeline through proactive market engagement.
