Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities
The Technical Lead C++ Development (Senior Manager) will act as the core technical authority and delivery anchor for our ultra-low-latency engineering pod. This role balances hands-on, high-performance C++ systems programming (roughly 60%-70% of the time) with technical mentorship and agile sprint management (30–40%). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between high-level architectural designs and concrete, microsecond-optimized code implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Hands-on Low-Latency Systems Engineering
- Write, optimize, and maintain high-performance execution engines and market data applications using Modern C++ (C++17/20).
- Implement deterministic,



low-latency programming paradigms, strictly avoiding runtime heap allocations (malloc/new) on the trading hot-path through custom memory pools and placement recent.
- Develop ultra-fast Inter-Process Communication (IPC) frameworks—such as shared memory rings and lock-free circular queues—to pass data across trading components with sub-microsecond overhead.
- Design highly concurrent, multi-threaded workflows, configuring thread affinity (pthread_setaffinity_np) and optimizing data layouts to prevent CPU cache thrashing and lock contention.
- Incorporate proprietary template-based architectures or High-Level Template (HTL) constructs to shift computational logic to compile-time.

2. Core Data Engineering & Domain Integration
- Apply expert-level knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms to engineer optimal custom indexing, sorting, and binary parsing solutions.
