SALES ENGINEER – AIR COMPRESSORS
Recruitment Summary
Sell and support air compressors, compressed air systems, dryers, filters, accessories, and related solutions for industrial customers through technical consultation, customer visits, demonstrations, quotation follow-up, and CRM-based opportunity management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop sales opportunities for air compressors, compressed air systems, dryers, filters, accessories, and related solutions within the assigned region.
- Visit and develop customers such as factories, workshops, industrial plants, maintenance departments, utilities teams, and contractors.
- Identify customer needs, application requirements, budget expectations, decision process, and timing.




- Promote suitable air compressor solutions and explain technical and commercial benefits.
- Prepare technical input for quotations in coordination with Sales Coordinator, Product Manager, and Procurement Officer.
- Update customer visits, opportunities, quotation status, and follow-up actions in CRM.

Job Requirements
- Technical sales experience related to air compressor or industrial equipment.
- Ability to understand customer applications and propose suitable solutions.
- Robust customer communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
