Job Description We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Accountant / Full-Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of the day-to-day accounting and financial recordkeeping for a growing technology qualified services company. Our business includes technology staffing, T&M; and fixed-price consulting projects, offshore services, and software, SaaS and technology product resale. This position requires someone who can go beyond transaction entry and understand how revenue, costs, customer billing, payroll/subcontractor expenses, product purchases, partner incentives and gross margins connect. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, strong in QuickBooks Online and Excel, and capable of independently maintaining accurate books, performing reconciliations, completing month-end close and producing reliable financial and management reports. Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger accounting in QuickBooks Online, including transaction classification and journal entries.
