Title: Senior Executive / Manager – Accounts & Finance (JV & Financial Controls Specialist)

Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (Required).
- MBA in Finance/Accounting or equivalent qualification (Preferred).

Experience:
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in accounting, journal voucher processing, financial controls, voucher verification, and ERP-based authorization workflows.
- Experience working with Tally Prime and/or Enterprise ERP systems is highly preferred.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive Accounts & Finance professional to manage Journal Voucher (JV) processing, financial transaction verification, and internal financial controls. The role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of general ledger entries, maintaining complete audit trails, verifying vouchers, and acting as a key stakeholder in maker-checker approval workflows within Tally Prime or Enterprise ERP systems.




The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Journal Voucher (JV) Management:
- Prepare, review, and process accurate debit and credit entries for non-cash transactions and routine financial adjustments.
- Record month-end and periodic adjustments, including depreciation, accruals, prepaid expense allocations, tax provisions, and other accounting entries.
- Ensure all journal entries are supported by adequate documentation and comply with accounting standards and company policies.
- Identify, investigate, and rectify accounting errors or discrepancies within the general ledger.

- Review and verify
