- Work experience in buying houses is mandatory N
- 15+ years of experience;
should have sound and excellent technical knowledge in washing and dyeing N
- Positive communication skills N
- Handled US-based brands N
- Review and advise on wash developments from initial developments to bulk. Required to give guidance for vendors and sourced laundries N
- Closely work with NTI PD and Operation teams to align with customer expectations. Provide standard confirmation and checking ratios N
- Experience and knowledge overseas will be an advantage. Corporate work with internal and external stakeholders is necessary N
- Should have experience in travelling domestically and internationally. Required capability to handle processes remotely as well N
- Use communication channels for negotiations, build brand understanding, achieve expectations or convince others to understand limitations N
- Follow the SOP, provideawareness programs for related internal and external stakeholders. (NTI and Vendors) N
- Well-versed with both knits and wovens N
