About the Role




We are looking for an experienced and high-performing SDR/Senior SDR to be part of our Sales Development team focused on the India market. This role is critical in driving pipeline generation through strategic outbound and inbound efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive lead generation strategy across outbound and inbound channels
- Build and optimize processes for prospecting, qualification, and pipeline creation
- Develop solid understanding of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to align on pipeline goals
- Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline contribution
- Drive adoption of tools, CRM hygiene, and best practices in sales development
- Analyze performance data and continuously refine strategies for better outcomes
