nKey Responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of pharmaceutical packaging machines.n
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.n
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues.n
- Provide prompt technical support and ensure minimal machine downtime.n
- Train customers on machine operation and maintenance.n
- Prepare service reports and maintain service documentation.n
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.n
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.n

nRequired Qualifications

- n
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related discipline)n
- Experience: 4–5 years in servicing pharmaceutical packaging or tabletting machines.n

nRequired Skills

- n
- Hands-on experience with packaging machines.n
- Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge.n
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance expertise.n
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.n
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.n
- Willingness to travel extensively across the North region.n
