The role covers bank reconciliations, GST/TDS filing, revenue recognition, balance sheet and trial balance preparation, WIP project reporting, and loan-related financial calculations.

Senior Accounts Manager

Director - Accounts

Manage and oversee the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely collections and effective follow-up on outstanding payments.
Prepare and deliver daily, monthly, quarterly, annual,



and ad-hoc financial forecasts and management reports.
Partner with campuses/sites to resolve collection-related queries and address payment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and well-organized records of invoices, bills, receipts, deposits, and other financial transactions.
Record and post accounting entries in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Leverage advanced MS Excel functions and formulas for financial analysis, data validation, reporting, and reconciliation.
Process and analyze financial data with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Handle GST calculations, filings, reconciliations, and ensure timely compliance with applicable regulations.
Maintain accounting records and financial transactions using Tally ERP.
Ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with applicable accounting standards and organizational policies.
