- Graduate in any stream. PG in Mass Communication is preferredn
- Good verbal and written communication. Kannada language is must .n
- Should have handled Liaisoning and Public Relation activities successfullyn
- Should have very valuable coordination skills and negotiation skillsn
- Should have procedural knowledge of Govt agenciesn

nShould be well aware of current affairs and political scenario

nWork Location : Dombrahalli Mines, Koppal

nResponsibilities
n
- n
- Liaison with Police, Revenue, Department of Mines & Geology, Irrigation & water resource, Dist. Administration, Forest department and other government agencies etc for obtaining licenses, statutory clearances, permits, C&D; land etc., matters.n
- Adhere to all statutory compliance and Returns - Revenue, DMG, Forest, RTO Departments, Property Tax with local authorities viz: Municipality/Grama Panchayats etc.,n
- Land Acquisition – KIADB, Permission U/s 109, Conversion, Khata, Planning, Survey etc.,n




- Liaisoning/Coordination with local leaders including MLA & MP, villagers/ land loosers /land owners etc.,n
- Handling local issues & grievances.n
- Drafting suitable applications/letters and replies to submit to appropriate authorities.n
- Create an effective network at district level to understand the environment and suggest immediate corrective steps.n
- Ensure co-ordination with other departments and provide them timely support.n
- Representing the company in public hearings.n
- Effective Coordination with Legal department and Panel Advocates for title due diligence, facilitating documents in time bound manner.n
- Review & coordination with Security section & taking initiatives in this area to build strong relation between the management & security.n
- Interacting with all levels of employees to understand and improve the organization culture.n
- Maintain cordial relationship with Media & Press to increase our organizational values.n
