n1. Job Purpose
nThe Training Officer will be responsible for ensuring that students are systematically trained, assessed and made placement-ready through structured employability, aptitude, communication, domain and interview-preparation interventions.
nThe role will focus on developing a measurable Student Placement Readiness Framework, identifying skill gaps, conducting targeted training, monitoring student progress and ensuring that eligible students are adequately prepared to participate confidently in recruitment processes.

nA. Student Placement Readiness

- n
- Develop and implement a structured placement-readiness framework for students.n
- Conduct baseline and periodic assessments of students.n
- Assess students on aptitude, reasoning, communication, technical/domain knowledge, GD and interview skills.n




- Maintain a student-wise Placement Readiness Score/Index.n
- Ensure 100% assessment coverage of eligible students.n

- Coordinate with Schools/Departments and faculty for domain-specific preparation.n
- Develop sector-specific preparation modules for Finance, Marketing
