nResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role

nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM).

nProvide Level 2/3 support for Intune and Autopilot-related incidents.

nExperience with packaging and deploying Win32 apps in Intune will be an added advantage.

nProficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.

nKnowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and compliance policies.
