We represent established industrial brands and support customers with equipment selection, supply, installation, service and aftermarket solutions. (
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager who will be responsible for generating new business, strengthening customer relationships and increasing the company’s market penetration in Noida and surrounding industrial areas. ( The candidate should have sound technical knowledge of vacuum pumps, air compressors and related industrial equipment, along with strong commercial understanding and the willingness to travel extensively to meet customers.
Generate qualified leads for vacuum pumps, air compressors, air-treatment equipment, spare parts, services and associated industrial products.
Identify and approach new customers, OEMs, consultants, contractors and industrial end users.




Increase the company’s market penetration by developing new accounts and expanding business with existing customers.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the management and principal companies.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations and ongoing projects to secure orders.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms while protecting the company’s profitability.
Collect market intelligence regarding customer requirements, upcoming projects, competitor activities, pricing and installed equipment.
Maintain robust knowledge of competing brands, products, technologies, prices, strengths and weaknesses.
Coordinate with service, application and back-office teams to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.
Support payment collection and ensure timely closure of outstanding receivables.
Submit regular sales forecasts, visit reports and opportunity-pipeline updates to management.
Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
