- Reduction of WIP across processesn

nCapacity & Planning:

- Capacity modelling for bottleneck operationsn
- Standardization of setup and cycle timesn
- Time & motion studiesn
- ROI analysis for new investmentsn

nLean & Continuous Improvement:

- Kaizen events for setup reduction in small‑batch lotsn




- SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Dies) implementationn
- Tooling & fixture standardization across machiningn
- OEE tracking on critical machinesn
- Scrap/rework analysis and automation solutions for high‑volume productsn

nErgonomics, 5S & Safety:
