- Manage and coordinate projects through all phases of design, planning, construction, liaison and salesn
- Provide leadership for site project management function by managing, coordinating, and developing staff and third party vendorsn
- Partner with Business Head to manage the project operations.n

nKey Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and propose strategic plan, program and budget for projects under control to Business Headn
- Ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting project's internal stakeholders needs, business objectives and design guidelinesn
- Manage programs and managers within the project to ensure successful completion and minimum deviation from the project plan in terms of scope, schedule, cost and qualityn
- Interface with appropriate levels of management to obtain funding approvaln




- Responsible for tracking and reviewing project Liaison activities. Engagement in Liaison activities has to come from Management on case to case basisn
- Responsible for ensuring that site based teamn
- Manages the project team including architects, engineers, workplace consultants, construction managers and administrative supportn
- Develops schedules and budgets for assigned projectsn
- Identifies and evaluates alternative solutions to best meet program goalsn
- Prepares detailed construction cost estimates and documentation for project funding authorizationn
- Interact with function heads to clarify specific needs and requirementsn
- Ensure best utilization of resources, minimum wastage of raw materials and emergency (unplanned) purchasesn
- In certain circumstances, the Deputy Project Director will be responsible for managing special studies, initiatives or due diligence assignments on mutual agreement with up-line managern
