- 6+ years of experience in database administration with a focus on MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Oracle databases. N
- Hands-on experience with database backups, performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting. N
- Knowledge of high availability (HA) setups for databases and systems. N
- Valuable understanding of security best practices for database environments. N
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills. N
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. N

nNice to have Skills:

- n
- Experience with database management tools (e.G., Percona Monitoring and Management (PMM)). N
- Experience with MongoDBOps Manager and database replication strategies. N
- Certifications in database management or related technologies are a plus. N

nEducational Qualification:
N - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
