nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems 24x7.n
- Review lives and recorded CCTV footage for security incidents.n
- Ensure CCTV recording backups are maintained and available.n
- Identify and report camera failures, blind spots, or system issues.n
- Operate and manage biometric, RFID, and access card systems.n
- Issue, modify, and deactivate employee access credentials.n
- Manage Genetec security Desk software, users, and permissions.n




- Configure system alerts and monitor security events.n
- Detect unauthorized access, tailgating, and suspicious activities.n
- Escalate security incidents and breaches immediately.n
- Conduct periodic access audits for critical areas.n
- Maintain CCTV footage and access logs for investigations.n
- Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for system maintenance.n
- Perform regular system health checks, backups, and software updates.n
- Prepare daily shift reports, incident reports, and security status reports.n
