The RolenWe are looking for an experienced Architect who can work independently, take ownership of projects, and help lead our growing team in Noida.

nYou will:

- n
- Manage and coordinate the Noida office and support the growing teamn
- Develop and coordinate architectural project filesn
- Translate designs into clear, technically accurate drawingsn
- Work on projects from design development through constructionn
- Prepare quantities and Bills of Quantitiesn
- Support design development when neededn
- Help develop and improve our Revit/BIM environmentn
- Work according to Belgian standards and building practicesn

- Minimum 4 years of professional architectural experience with minimum 3 years of hands-on BIM/Revit experiencen
- Robust ability to work independently and take responsibilityn
- Excellent attention to detail while keeping an overview of the projectn
- Leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate a growing teamn
- Strong communication and coordination skillsn
- A critical eye for your own work and the work of othersn
- Flexible, proactive and eager to learnn
- Comfortable working with European/Belgian architectural standardsn
- A genuine interest in developing your skills and taking on responsibilityn
