- Client Onboarding and Documentation -n

nAssist non-resident clients in Trading and Demat account setup process, including collecting required
ndocumentation, verifying identities and explaining account features.
n

nMaintain accurate, up-to-date client records and documentation in Compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Issue Resolution -n

nAddress and resolve client concerns, complaints, and discrepancies related to their accounts or transactions.
n

nCollaborate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution and satisfactory outcomes.

- Trade Settlement and Margin Updation –n

nReporting of Trades to partner banks and Custodial Participants upon billing confirmation; settlement of all Trades within trade cycles.
n

nPreparing PIS bank account balances, considering pledge margin excluding ledger credit within TAT and sharing the same with RMS, keeping records daily. Investigate pending Pay in / Payout also margin issues and resolve with reference to all PIS and NON PIS clients.

nComputing of TDS on Capital Gains for NON PIS clients based on specified percentage as per guidelines.
