We Are Hiring | Assistant Manager – Quality Control

nWe are looking for a quality-driven professional who can lead day-to-day Quality Control operations, ensure process compliance, strengthen quality systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
nEligibility:
n
- n
- Degree / Diploma in Plastic Engineering / Chemistry / Engineeringn
- 6–8 years of experience in Quality Controln
- Experience in Plastic Packaging (Rigid / Versatile Packaging preferred)n

nKey Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Lead execution of Quality Control activities across Incoming, In-process, and Finished Goods inspectionn
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, customer, and regulatory requirementsn




- Drive Quality Culture through training and continuous improvement initiativesn
- Implement and monitor 5S, Kaizen, CAPA, and process improvement actionsn
- Handle Customer Complaints, RCA, and corrective actionsn
- Support Internal, Customer, and Certification Auditsn
- Monitor Quality KPIs, MIS reporting, and process performancen
- Coordinate Supplier Quality and maintain quality documentation & traceabilityn

- Knowledge of Packaging Materials and Polymer applicationsn
- Physical & Mechanical Testing expertisen
- Hands-on exposure to ISO, GMP, and 7 QC Toolsn
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, MS Excel & PowerPoint skillsn
