Job Title: Business Development Executive (US IT Sales)
nJob Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office Mandate)
nExperience: 1-8 Years
nShift: 6.30PM-3.30 AM IST (Night shift)
nMonday to Friday
nQualification: Any Graduates/MBA preferred
nMust have Skills:

- Experience in US IT sales or cold calling (150-200 calls per day)n
- Excellent English communication skillsn
- Solid persuasion and negotiation skillsn
- Ability to work in US shift timingsn
- Basic understanding of IT services (preferred Digital marketing, Cyber security/ITS services/Ecommerce)n

nKey Responsibilities:

- Make outbound cold calls to US-based clientsn
- Generate and qualify IT sales leadsn
- Identify client requirements and present company servicesn
- Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales teamn
- Maintain CRM records and follow-upsn
- Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targetsn
