About the RolenTruIntel Reform Foundation is looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Advisors to join our WFO sales team. The role involves selling and promoting our Honorary Doctorate (HD) recognition programmes and POSH training/certification programmes .

Key Responsibilitiesn
- n
- Make outbound calls and connect with prospective leads.n
- Explain Honorary Doctorate (HD) and POSH programmes clearly and professionally.n
- Understand customer requirements and convert qualified leads into enrolments.n
- Follow up consistently with leads through calls and other communication channels.n
- Handle customer questions and sales objections effectively.n
- Maintain lead information and follow-ups.n
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets .n




- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.n
- Use available content, event videos and organisational achievements to build credibility during sales conversations.n

- Strong sales and negotiation ability.n
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.n
- Comfortable making outbound calls.n
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply. n
- Previous experience in tele-sales, counselling, education sales or B2C sales will be an advantage. n
- Local candidates from Delhi/NCR preferred. n
